180-Day Comfort Guarantee
BikeOrbit 2.0 is backed by a 180-day comfort guarantee.
You may try BikeOrbit 2.0 for up to 180 days from the date your order is delivered. If it does not improve your riding comfort, contact us at info@bikeorbit.co and we will help you with the next steps.
To request support under the comfort guarantee, please include:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- A short explanation of the issue
- Photos of the product if requested
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in reasonable condition. Normal testing and installation marks may be accepted under the comfort guarantee, but the product must not be intentionally damaged, heavily altered, or misused.
Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Non-returnable situations
We may be unable to accept a return or refund if:
- The product was damaged through misuse, improper installation, or intentional damage
- The product was modified or altered
- The request is made after the 180-day guarantee period
- The order information cannot be verified
- The product was not purchased from BikeOrbit
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow your bank or payment provider time to post the refund. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method and bank.
Exchanges and replacements
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@bikeorbit.co as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Return shipping
Return shipping instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed. Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order cancellations
